Liebe Kolleg*innen (see English Version below),

wir möchten Sie herzlich zur TEILPERSONALVERSAMMLUNG für alle studentischen Beschäftigten, wissenschaftlichen Hilfskräfte mit Bachelorabschluss (WHB) und wissenschaftlichen Hilfskräfte mit Masterabschluss (WHK) einladen.

Diese findet statt

am Mittwoch, 9. Juli 2025, um 13.00 Uhr bis ca. 14.00 Uhr

Dabei möchten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit geben, Informationen über Ihre Rechte und andere wichtige Hinweise über Ihre Arbeit als WHB/WHK, wie Arbeitszeiterfassung oder Urlaubsregelung, zu bekommen.

In der Veranstaltung wird auch der SHK-Rat (SHK-Rat@rub.de) vertreten sein.

Wir bitten Sie, uns bereits jetzt schon vorhandene Fragen, Bemerkungen und Anregungen vorab per E-Mail zu übermitteln (wpr@rub.de). Ihr Anliegen werden wir aufnehmen und es in der Teilpersonalversammlung behandeln.  

Rechtlicher Hinweis: Nach dem Landespersonalvertretungsgesetz NRW (§ 47) sind die WHB/WHK für die Teilnahme an der Teilpersonalversammlung vom Dienst befreit. Fällt die Teilpersonalversammlung außerhalb Ihrer regulären Arbeitszeit, können Sie sich die Zeit als Arbeitszeit anrechnen.

Invitation to the Partial Staff Meeting to all student employees (WHB/WHK)

Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to the PARTIAL STAFF MEETING for all student employees, wissenschaftliche Hilfskräfte mit Bachelorabschluss (WHB) and wissenschaftliche Hilfskräfte mit Masterabschluss (WHK).

This will take place

on Wednesday, 9 July, at 1.00 pm until approx. 2.00 pm

We would like to give you the opportunity to receive information about your rights and other important information about your work as a WHB/WHK, such as working time recording or holiday regulations.

The SHK Council (SHK-Rat@rub.de) will also be represented at the event.

We kindly ask you to send us any questions, comments and suggestions in advance by e-mail (wpr@rub.de). We will take your concerns on board and address them at the partial staff meeting.  

Legal note: According to the NRW State Staff Representation Act (§ 47), WHBs/WHKs are exempt from work for participation in the partial staff meeting. If the partial staff meeting takes place outside your regular working hours, you can count the time as working hours.
